So, idly curious about the fact that I'm now cinching my belt much tighter, I weighed myself at the gym this morning. Given that I stepped up the duration of my aerobic workouts right after Labor Day (as well as switched to a morning schedule with my workout partner), I was expecting some sort of decent results.
Not 11 pounds in a month, however.
While I'm happy about the weight loss (and given my pattern for losing weight in the past, I'm starting a quick burn for about the next 30 pounds), but dammit, I just bought two new pairs of jeans for the winter.
