Halloween was good to me...

First off, I got handed a great concept by my friend D, who first suggested it almost immediately after the first time I'd shaved my head (back in March). Then the concept expanded, so that he'd be my faithful sidekick. His wife jumped on the bandwagon, she'd be D's sidekick. Which left us an odd trio, but it was going to be fun. Then, well, I started seeing L, who immediately bought into the idea, and she was a perfect choice. (then L and I stopped, and then we started again, and so Halloween was a foursome again! And then D's wife went in for surgery, and so a foursome went down to a twosome... and, and, and... ANYWAY.)

And feel free to peruse some of the other photos therein. When you go to a Halloween party attended by a number of SCAdians, several of whom have won laurels for costuming... yeah, some of the costumes were Really, Really Good.

Edit: Oh, yes, the greater part of all costumes pictured were made by the folks wearing them. As for myself and L, she did the cloth, I did the makeup and the prostheses.
