Don't tell me that Microsoft Word for Mac and PC are sufficiently different in how they handle the commenting and editing features that I can't open my collaborator's edited document and see her comments? That's simply inane.
(I know those comments are there, I sat in her office, reading off her screen. I can't see them on my laptop.)
