A, putting her iPhone down, after having called her sister:
"No, wait, don't call that... ahhhh!"
She cancels the call.
Not even a minute later, whomever she called (someone in 248, thankfully, same timezone) calls back to find out what's up.
"No, sorry, my phone wanted to call you, everything's fine. Yup, bye.... ARGH. Stupid! Annoying! Phone! I don't even know who that was!"
Me: "So... the love affair is over?"
A: "Yes!"
"No, wait, don't call that... ahhhh!"
She cancels the call.
