It warms the very cockles of my heart.

Received my TA evaluation back from the virology course, last term.

For the TA-specific questions, I received a average 'score' of about 4.87 out of 5. Ranked in the top quartile in everything.

But the responses that really make me happy were:

"The lab instructor gave clear explanations: 4.81/5"
"The ... put material across in an interesting way: 4.75/5"
"The ... encouraged constructive criticism: 4.73/5"
"Overall, the lab instructor was an excellent teacher: 4.90/5"

It didn't hurt that I had *fun* with these students.

Methinks I'm headed in the right direction.
