The professor for whom I've been TA'ing her course this term, at the end of today's class (the last lecture), asked if I'd be willing to come back and TA the same course for her next year.
Yeah.
Alright, so there are some caveats. Although this was the fourth year this particular teacher has taught this particular course, this term saw the largest enrolment yet, and so I was her first teaching assistant, ever. Also, I shall be helping the prof seriously rebuild the class over this summer, so who better to help run it next year? Given that U of M has now actually opened up a Microbiology undergraduate major, and this class is a required element for that concentration, there'll be even more students next year.
And the students liked me, too.
