Okay, something's a mite off.

Ann Arbor's received close to 10" of snow in the past week. We've oscillated from just about freezing to yesterday morning's delightful -5 F. It's only the 2nd full week in February.

I really shouldn't be hearing quite as much birdsong as I am, on my walks to work and back again.

Cardinals, certainly, they don't really leave.
Bluejays... an interesting addition.
Chickadees?
Sparrows?
Warblers?

Something rather strange is happening. Do the birds know something we don't?
