I haven't seen the lighter side of 230# in over 10 years. But I talked to the doc on Wednesday, and he was sanguine about it all (though not thrilled by the reason). If this keeps up through the winter and bottoms out sometime... I shall be in desperate need of a new wardrobe (some things already hang off of me).
