BWAHAHAHAHAHA!

I'm working on putting together an interesting lecture on bacteriophages (viruses that infect bacteria) for class next Friday. Mindful there are tech/video savvy scientists and biogeeks who are also interested in teaching, I hit up Google for any visual material that might be of interest.

I busted a gut laughing at how this video fires up. In addition to a kickin' soundtrack, it has an interesting graphic demonstrating how the virus (T4 bacteriophage in this case) goes about making copies of itself...

Snicker.

It totally needs a followon video where the phage levels up and has to battle an immune response or something.

Hey!

I had no idea you were on LJ, thanks for finding me! ;D

As soon as I can get to a non-work computer I'm going to look at that video.

Hope you've been doing well. Maybe we'll meet up again if and when more 3.5 DAB mods are released. :D
