How often does a trip to another country get tossed into your lap?
My brother just called me from work to ask if I'd be interested in joining him for a trip to Hong Kong, mid-February, and he'd cover my airfare?
Uhhhh?
My immediate, visceral responses:
1) Hell yes!
2) I've already got something scheduled in February, lemme get back on that.
3) My brother? For a week? The last time he and I spent time alone we stopped talking after about 18 hours.

2) It's a gaming con on the weekend right before, in San Fran, with my biz partner. I might be going from San Fran to Seattle to HK and then heading back to Detroit at the end of it all...
3) I'm a big one up on my bro... I speak (still) a little bit of Chinese... though it wouldn't hurt to brush up on my Mandarin.
