How I spent most of my Memorial Day Weekend.

Some of you have already seen these over on rjlona's journal, as she is now the proud possessor of this project. But for most of you... bet you didn't know I have a keen interest in woodworking, did you? I just don't often get access to a shop (speaking of which: many, many thanks to my doppelganger-brother greenmanbear and his lovely wife for loaning me theirs, and feeding me, and entertaining me, and so on) within which to indulge my constructive urges.

An early Dear Santa letter.

Santa,

I'm being a very, very good boy this year. Really, I am. So can I please get my very own personal house ninja? I promise to keep him well-employed and well-fed, and to only throw him at my dishonorable enemies (which is only a few of them, really). Oh, and I would like his skills for the occasional window-cleaning job.
